Tutoring Services
Every child is unique, and their tutoring sessions should be as well. Our learning plans are carefully tailored to each student, taking into consideration factors such as grade level and ability, subject area(s), and preferred learning environment to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.

Reading
Early/pre-reading skills, phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, text structure, and reading comprehension

Levels
I am licensed in PK-12 special education. I have worked with students with Intellectual Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, visual impairments, and hearing impairments. I have also worked with neurotypical students. I welcome students of all grades and abilities.

One on One Sessions
Each tutoring session is tailored to meet your student’s needs, and will progress from the previous lesson. Sessions are held in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments in order to accommodate varying ages, attention spans, and the desired content area. Subject areas include reading, writing, math, executive functioning skills, and test preparation.

Location
Customized tutoring sessions are held in my home classroom located in Northern Ridgefield, CT. This inviting space offers a supportive atmosphere filled with natural light and easy access to all of my educational resources. Sessions can also be held at the Ridgefield Library.
